German Ham And Noodle Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
| Sesame oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Scallions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 1/2 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| Cooked ham | 4 Ounce, cubed | |
| Egg substitute | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add scallions. Cook, stirring frequently, 5-7 minutes, until tender. Add noodles; cook 1 minute, stirring to coat with oil. Stir in ham.
2. Pour egg substitute over noodle mixture. Place a large heatproof plate on top of noodle mixture; press down firmly. Cook 5 minutes, until crust forms on bottom. With spatula, cut noodle "pancake" in sections and turn carefully. Press top firmly with plate and cook 2-3 minutes longer, until bottom is browned and crisp. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper to taste; serve immediately.
