German Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cup sugar
2 a sifted flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cup diced cooking apples
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Beat eggs and salad oil until toamy.
Add sugar.
Add flour, cinnamon, vanilla, soda, and salt; mix well.
Add diced apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased, floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 350°.
