Ingredients

 Creamy milk - 3/4 pint
 Vanilla pod1
 Gelatin1 Tablespoon
 Sugar3 Ounce
 Salt1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING
1. Scald the 1/4-pint milk with vanilla pod to infuse the flavors.
2. In another bowl, tip in the gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water. After a few minutes, place this on top of a bowl standing in hot water until the gelatin is syrupy.
3. Gently strain the warm milk on top of the gelatin and mix well. Remove the vanilla pod and discard
4. Add in the rest of the sugar, salt and milk.
5. Put the mixture to freeze for three hours but beat twice during 3 hours of total freezing time.

SERVING
6. Serve cold

TIP
This creamy mixture can also be used with flavorings such as chocolate or caramel.
