Ingredients

 Strawberry package1
 Boiling water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ice cubes
 Strawberries1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bananas1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 cups 1/2-inch pound cake cubes
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling package1
 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping

Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 14 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Stir in strawberries and bananas.
Place cake cubes in large serving bowl; sprinkle with orange juice.
Spoon gelatin mixture over cake in bowl.
Chill 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour cold milk into mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes to thicken.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon over gelatin in bowl.
Chill.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, strawberry slices and banana slices brushed with lemon juice, if desired.
