| 1 pkg. raspberry or lime gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 Small, drained | |
| Whipped cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add rice.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours so rice will take up flavor of the gelatin.
Blend pineapple and whipped cream into gelatin mixture.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
