Gelatin Apricot Nectar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. not water
1 12 oz. can apricot nectar
1 lb. cottage cheese
Nutmeg
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add apricot nectar; mix well.
Cool.
Pour into 1 quart ring mold; chill until firm.
Unmold onto plate of shredded lettuce; fill center with cottage cheese sprinkled with nutmeg.
