Gazpacho Bloody Mary Recipe

The Gazpacho Bloody Marys is my husbands favorit drink. This intoxicating drink is one of my favorites too. I serve this quiet often for parties. Use this brilliant Gazpacho Bloody Marys recipe for yourself.




 Italian tomatoes56 Ounce (Such As San Marzano, With Juice)
 English hothouse cucumber1 , peeled, chopped (About 2 Cups)
 Fresh lemon juice1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Fresh cilantro leaves2 Tablespoon
 Prepared horseradish4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce4 Teaspoon
 Celery salt2 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper sauce12 Dash
 Ice cubes3
 Vodka2 Cup (32 tbs)
 English hothouse cucumber1 , halved crosswise, then quartered lengthwise


Working in batches, puree first 8 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Transfer Bloody Mary mix to large pitcher; season with pepper.
Chill until cold, at least 1 hour.
For each drink, fill 8 ounce highball glass with ice cubes; pour 1/4 cup vodka over.
Add Bloody Mary mix; garnish with cucumber spear.
