2 Cups spicy V8 Juice
1 Hot House cucumber peeled and diced
1 Diced tomato
1 Diced green onion
1 tsp cumin
.5 Cup yogurt (more if you like)
Pinch cayenne
Few slices of lime for garnish
Finishing salt
Directions
Dump it all in a bowl - mix - enjoy...

too bad you aren't closer we have toooo many chiles serranos, habs many others (I grow 60+ variities), plus maybe 80 varities of heirloom tomatoes this year.
Dang we picked a dozen cucmbers tonight. So much stuff from the garden. Want some?
