Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 1 pint meat stock | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut up | ||
| Tomato juice | 1 Pint | |
| 1 Spanish onion, cut up | ||
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| 1/2 cup mixture of chives, parsley, basil, thyme, tarragon, chervil | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cucumber, peeled and diced | ||
| Chicken stock | 1 Pint | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
Directions
Blend garlic, pepper, onion, herbs and stock in blender until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
