Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 1 pint meat stock
 1 green pepper, cut up
 Tomato juice1 Pint
 1 Spanish onion, cut up
 Juice of 2 lemons
 1/2 cup mixture of chives, parsley, basil, thyme, tarragon, chervil
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
 Chicken stock1 Pint
 Tomato1 , chopped

Directions

Blend garlic, pepper, onion, herbs and stock in blender until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
