Gazpacho Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 1/2 medium green peppers, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 medium cucumber, coarsely chopped | ||
| Red onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber and red onion in Batter Bowl.
In small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil and vinegar using 10-inch Whisk.
Pour dressing over vegetables; stir to combine with Super Scraper.
Season with salt and pepper.
