Gazpacho Refresher Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Ice cubes | 3 | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Medium | |
| Carrot | 1/4 Medium | |
| Cucumber | 1/4 Medium | |
| Parsley sprigs | 2 | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
| Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into spears | ||
Directions
Place tomato juice in blender container.
While blending at high speed, add ice cubes, one at a time, blending till smooth.
Add green pepper, carrot, the 1/4 medium cucumber, parsley, lemon juice, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and blend at high speed about 30 seconds.
While blending at high speed, add ice cubes, one at a time, blending till smooth.
