Gazpacho Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavoured gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 125 Milliliter | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Dash garlic powder | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Tomatoes | 500 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Cucumber | 250 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 125 Milliliter, chopped | |
| Onion | 50 Milliliter, finley chopped | |
Directions
In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; add broth and seasonings.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2 L (8 cup) mold or 8 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
