Ingredients

 2 envelopes unflavoured gelatin
 Cold water125 Milliliter
 Chicken broth2 Can (10oz), condensed
 Dash garlic powder
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash
 Tomatoes500 Milliliter, chopped
 Cucumber250 Milliliter, chopped
 Green pepper125 Milliliter, chopped
 Onion50 Milliliter, finley chopped

Directions

In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; add broth and seasonings.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2 L (8 cup) mold or 8 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
