Ingredients

 
1 green pepper
 
3 large tomatoes
 
4 green onions, minced
 
1 cucumber, peeled
 
1 fresh parsley sprig
 
1 clove garlic, crushed
 
Salt and pepper, to taste
 
1 teaspoon cumin powder
 
Dash of cayenne pepper
 
1 tablespoon vinegar
 
1 cup tomato juice
 
1/4 cup olive oil
 
Garnishes:
 
1 1/2 cup bread cubes fried in garlic and olive oil, cubes of cucumber, green onions, frozen cubes of tomato juice

Directions

Boil the green pepper 6 minutes, then cut it into small pieces.
Skin and slice the tomatoes, mince the onions, and slice the peeled cucumber.
Put the vegetables in a blender with the parsley, crushed garlic, seasonings, vinegar, tomato juice, and olive oil.
After the ingredients are pureed, chill the mixture.
Saute 1 1/2 cups of 1/2-inch cubes of dry bread in crushed garlic and olive oil.
