Gazpacho With Pork Rind Recipe

| Cucumber - 1/2, peeled, seeded, and diced | ||
| Sugar-Free Fried Pork Rinds - 2 tablespoons, crushed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a food processor, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Chill the mixture overnight.
SERVING
3. Serve in chilled in soup bowls.
4. Garnish each bowl with some cucumber, pepper, and crushed pork rinds.
