Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups no salt tomato sauce
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 large clove garlic, chopped
 Ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Cucumber1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 green onions including tops, sliced crosswise
 Hot pepper sauce1 Dash
 Chopped fresh parsley or chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except parsley or cilantro.
2) Chill, covered, for several hours or a whole night until the flavors blend.

SERVING
3) Top with parsley or cilantro and serve very cold.
