Simple Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 large cloves of garlic | ||
| Onion | 1 Large | |
| Tomatoes | 3 Large | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumber | 1 | |
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Chop very fine, garlic, onion, tomato, cucumber and green pepper (after seeds are removed).
Add salt, olive oil, oregano, vinegar and tomato juice.
Mix well.
Add 3 or 4 ice cubes to help chill.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
