Spicy Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 Medium, chopped | |
| 1/2 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
| Onion | 1 Ounce, diced | |
| 1/2 slice enriched white bread, torn into pieces (optional) | ||
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Dash artificial sweetener | ||
| Dash cumin | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender container or food processor; process to desired consistency.
Add more water to adjust consistency, if desired.
Chill.
Divide evenly.
