Ingredients

 Canned tomatoes2 , chopped
 Cucumber1/2 Medium, chopped
 1/2 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
 Onion1 Ounce, diced
 1/2 slice enriched white bread, torn into pieces (optional)
 Water3 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Red wine vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Dash artificial sweetener
 Dash cumin
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender container or food processor; process to desired consistency.
Add more water to adjust consistency, if desired.
Chill.
Divide evenly.
