Gazpacho Recipe

In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this Gazpacho that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. Indulge yourself in this Gazpacho as Appetizer. The primary ingredient in Gazpacho is always Vegetable. An assortment of fabulous flavors, the Gazpacho recipe is one of those Spanish dishes you simply shouldn't miss. I am certain you and I will approve that this Gazpacho is just delectable.

Ingredients

 
4 large very ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
 
1 medium-sized onion, finely minced
 
1 green pepper, seeded and finely minced
 
1 cup tomato juice, cold water, or regular-strength chicken broth
 
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
 
3 tablespoons olive oil
 
1 small clove garlic, mashed or minced
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Lettuce leaves
 
Ice cubes

Directions

Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, tomato juice, vinegar, oil, and garlic; add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill soup until icy.
