Ingredients

 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), peeled
 Green bell pepper1/4 Small
 Onion1/4 , chopped
 Cucumber1
 Ripe tomato1 Large
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Wine vinegar3 Tablespoon
 2 - 6 Oz. Cans V-8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail or Tomato Juice, ice cold
 Cumin powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Chop and mash together all but liquid ingredients.
Add liquid ingredients and blend on low speed of electric blender for only a moment.
