Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups French bread cubes, soaked in 3 cups water | ||
| Garlic | 4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 4 tomatoes, peeled and diced | ||
| 3 tablespoons each olive oil and cider vinegar | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 6 Drop | |
| Ground cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Diced green tomato | ||
| Coriander sprigs | ||
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Puree ingredients, except diced tomato and coriander sprigs, and chill.
Adjust seasonings and serve in chilled bowls; garnish with a generous amount of green tomato and sprigs of coriander.
Pass the peppermill.
