1)In a pan, melt the butter with honey, and sugar together.
2)Add the spices, mix well and leave it cool.
3)Add the flour and leave for one hour.
4)Roll out the dough 3/4thick.
5)Take a greased tin and put the dough.
6)Bake at moderate oven until done.
7)Let them cool and then cut into various shapes.
8)In a bowl, add I 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons cocoa and mix.
9)Mix it with remaining sugar and water.
10)Add cocoa with into half of the mixture.
11)Decorate the cookies with almonds, walnuts, sugar-pearls.
12)Serve the gay peppernuts with tea and coffee.
