Garnished Soft Boiled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Crabmeat | 2 Tablespoon, melted (Garnishes) | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 2 Teaspoon, blanched (Garnishes) | |
| Chili Sauce | 2 Teaspoon (Garnishes) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
– Place eggs in a small saucepan filled with cold water. After water begins to boil, cook over high heat for 6 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool eggs in cold running water. Let stand 1 minute.
– Cut off narrow tip of boiled egg and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the mixture of your choice.
