Garnished Soft Boiled Eggs Recipe

4 eggs
Salt and pepper

2 tbsp (30 ml) melted cheese or 2 tbsp (30 ml) crabmeat, mixed with
2 tsp (10 ml) mayonnaise or 2 tbsp (30 ml) blanched spinach, finely chopped or 2 tbsp (30 ml) diced tomatoes, mixed with
2 tsp (10 ml) chili sauce
Directions
– Place eggs in a small saucepan filled with cold water. After water begins to boil, cook over high heat for 6 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool eggs in cold running water. Let stand 1 minute.
– Cut off narrow tip of boiled egg and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the mixture of your choice.
