 1 head of Boston lettuce, hand torn
 Onion3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Stalk celery1 , chopped
 Green bell pepper3 Tablespoon, chopped

 Alfalfa sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Sunflower oil2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon (Dressing)

Directions

In a salad bowl, arrange vegetables, cheese and egg slices decoratively.
In a jar, mix dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve only, pour over salad.
