Garnished Green Salad Recipe

| 1 head of Boston lettuce, hand torn | ||

| Alfalfa sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 hard boiled egg, sliced | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Sunflower oil | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
Directions
In a salad bowl, arrange vegetables, cheese and egg slices decoratively.
In a jar, mix dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve only, pour over salad.
