1 medium size potato
salt
chicken stock
milk
butter
garlic powder
oregano
ground black pepper

Directions
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes and place them in a saucepan.
Medium-high heat the saucepan.
Fill the pan with water over top of potatoes.
Add salt, bring them to boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Set the pan aside.
Drain water from the pan.
With a hand mixer, break up the potatoes.
Add milk, butter, and chicken stock.
Mix them well.
Add garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
Mix them well.
Put in a serving dish.
Top with parsley.
