Ingredients
3 finger rolls
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
24 raw tiger prawns, peeled, with the tails left on
TO GARNISH:
Chopped parsley
TO SERVE:

Directions
Cut the finger rolls in half lengthways.
Pull out the soft bread centres to leave hollow 'shells'.
Melt the butter with the garlic and a little salt and pepper.
Brush all over the bread rolls.
Place on a baking (cookie) sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for about 12 minutes until turning golden.
Wrap in a foil parcel and keep warm at the side of the barbecue.
Thread the tiger prawns on six skewers.
Place on foil on the barbecue and brush with the remaining garlic butter.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until just cooked through.
Brush with any remaining garlic butter during cooking.
Slide a skewer of prawns into each bread 'bed'.
Drizzle with any juices on the foil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
