Garlic Grits Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 c. quick-cooking grits | ||
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 2/3 pkg. garlic cheese, finely diced | ||
| Corn flakes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Combine 1 1/2 cups boiling water, milk, salt, grits, margarine, eggs and half the cheese in casserole; stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Top with corn flakes.
Pour butter over corn flakes; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cook in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
