Garlic-Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

The garlic crumbed chicken drumsticks are roasted or baked drumsticks prepared with a coating of cracker crumbs. Marinated with herbs and yogurt with agrlic and tabasco for flavor, the garlic crumbed drumsticks are very savory and peppy.

 Yogurt1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chicken drumsticks12 , skinned
 Soda crackers1 Cup (16 tbs), finley crushed
 Dried oregano1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Butter4 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

In shallow baking dish, large enough to hold all drumsticks, combine lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco, yogurt and season with salt and cayenne.
Place drumsticks in the dish, turn to coat with the yogurt mixture, cover, and let marinate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine the cracker crumbs, oregano, mustard, and paprika in a large, shallow dish and season with salt and cayenne.
Roll the marinated drumsticks in the crumbs to coat well, and place them on a greased baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Brush drumsticks all over with melted butter.
Bake in center of oven, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
