Garlic Cheeseburgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Flavorful Tomato Sauce | ||
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese slice | 6 | |
Directions
Prepare the tomato sauce and keep hot.
Lightly mix the ground beef, egg, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Shape mixture into 6 pat ties about 3/4 inch thick.
Brown patties on both sides in heated butter in a skillet, allowing about 10 minutes.
Cover each patty with a slice of cheese.
Cook about 3 minutes longer, or until cheese is slightly melted.
Pour hot tomato sauce into a warm serving dish and arrange cheeseburgers in the sauce.
