Garlic-Buttered Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons white wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine butter, green onions, and garlic in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until onions are tender.
Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, arranging shrimp around outside of dish.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 5 to 7 1/2 minutes, stirring twice and rearranging shrimp around outside of dish.
Stir in dillweed and parsley.
Serve over Curry-Spiced Rice, if desired.
