MAKING:
1)On a cutting board de-seed the cucumber and finely chop and set aside in a bowl.
2)To this bowl now salt and let it stand for 30 minutes. Make sure to drain the excess liquid off from the cucumbers after the standing time.
3)To this bowl mix in the minced garlic and yogurt and mix well.

SERVING:
4)Serve on your choice of recipes from gyro burgers to gyro fries and enjoy!
