Garlic Wine Steamed Mussels Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |

| Dry white wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |

| 24 mussels (about 12 ounces), scrubbed and debearded | ||
| 1 tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; saute 3 minutes. Add wine, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and bay leaf; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Return to a boil; add mussels and tomato. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until
