Garlic Wafers Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 16 Clove (5gm), peeled | |

| Freshly grated nutmeg | ||
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°. Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the garlic cloves and simmer over moderately low heat until they become very tender, about 25 minutes. Drain the cloves and pat them dry. In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the garlic to a smooth paste. Season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg.
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick liner. Using a metal spatula spread the garlic paste on the paper in two 6-by-4-inch sheets. Bake until the wafers are crisp, about 1 hour. Let cool. Slowly and carefully peel the garlic wafers off the parchment paper and slice each into quarters to make 8 pieces.
