Garlic Tomato Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/4 cup plus | ||
| 2 tablespoons seeded and finely chopped tomato | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and garlic,- blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Stir in tomato and parsley.
