 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Shrimp1 pound, deveined
 Lemon or lime wedges
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a skillet and heat oil and butter.
2) Stir fry garlic and shrimp.
3) Season with salt and pepper.
4) Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until pink.

SERVING
5) Place shrimp in a serving dish, decorate with lemon wedges, and serve.
