Garlic Shrimp With Lemon Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimp | 1 1/2 Pound, deveined | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), peeled | |
| Olive oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Lemon Butter | ||
Directions
Place shrimp in a 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and tarragon.
Microwave at HIGH 4 minutes.
Turn the shrimp.
Rotate the dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave at HIGH 4 additional minutes until the shrimp are pink.
Serve hot with Hot Lemon Butter.
Use toothpicks to pick up the shrimp.
