Garlic Seasoned Turnips Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) turnips, diced
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
1 tsp (5 ml) parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch turnips for 5 minutes, then drain.
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic. Add turnips, cream and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, stir, cook 4 minutes and serve.
