Directions

MAKING
1. Place a pan over heat , pour olive in it. Add garlic scape, and toss it well.
2. Put crimini mushroom in the pan. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Lay pepper on top of it. Sprinkle some sea salt. Put butter and toss them well.

SERVING
4. Serve garlic scape saute hot by itself or over crostini, if desired, with parsley garnish.

TIPS
Cut the woody end and the skinny front of the scape. Then cut it into bean size pieces.
