Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Up to 1 bulb garlic | ||
| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Stock from white cut chicken | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Very finely chop the garlic | ||
Directions
Pound into it the hot fat skimmed from the white cut chicken stock and enough of the hot stock itself to make a sauce the consistency of thin cream.
Add the salt and soy sauce.
