1/2 cube butter
4-5 cloves garlic
Directions
Heat the butter in a pan. Chop garlic roughly and put them in the pan.
Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and boil them.
Put a rosemary stem into the butter.
Add 2 cups of milk and heat until it comes to a simmer. Then turn off the flame and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Drain out the water from the potatoes and check if they are boiled perfectly.
Now add a ;ittle bit of garlic and rosemary flavored milk to the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes with a masher.
Add more milk if required. Add salt and little bit of pepper. Mash a little bit more.
Add more milk if required but so not dilute the potatoes.
