Garlic-Rosemary Potato Halves Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 medium russet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Rosemary | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place potatoes in Deep Basket.
Stir together the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Brush on the cut surface of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Rotate the potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender when pierced.
Brush with any remaining oil and serve.
