Garlic & Rosemary Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Prosciutto | 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
| 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed | ||
| 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary | ||
| Green beans | 1 pound | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary sprigs | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
1. In a wide nonstick frying pan or wok, stir-fry prosciutto over medium-high heat just until crisp (about 1 minute). Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
2. Add garlic, chopped rosemary, and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water to pan. Stir-fry just until garlic is fragrant (about 30 seconds; do not scorch). Add beans, 1/3 cup (80 ml) water, and salt. Cover and cook just until beans are tender to bite (about 3 minutes). Uncover and stir-fry until liquid has evaporated.
3. Arrange beans on a rimmed platter, sprinkle with prosciutto, and garnish with rosemary sprigs. Season to taste with pepper.
