Garlic Prawn Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Prawns | 1 pound, deveined | |
| Finely minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Stir together oil, garlic, and salt in a shallow baking dish.
Add prawns, toss to coat with marinade, and sprinkle parsley over top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until next day.
Bake casserole, uncovered, in a 375° oven for about 10 minutes or until prawns turn pink.
Serve hot, with wooden picks.
