Garlic & Potato Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small new potato, sliced | ||
| 1 slice bacon, cooked and diced | ||
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
In 1 quart casserole, place potato slices.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
Add bacon, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
Prepare basic omelet.
Fill prepared omelet with garlic potato mixture and fold over
