Ingredients

 Ripe olives1 Can (10oz), pitted
 Red-wine vinegar - 1/2 cup
 Pepper red1/4 Teaspoon, crushed (Salad oil - 1/4 cup)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced (Salad oil - 1/4 cup)
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (Salad oil - 1/4 cup)
 Oregano leaves1 Teaspoon, dried (Salad oil - 1/4 cup)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a quart jar with tight-fitting lid, put the olives along with their liquids.
2. Add the remaining ingredients; cover tightly and shake well.

FINALISING
3. Refrigerate the jar for several days; shake occasionally.

SERVING
4. Drain and serve.
