Garlic Olives Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ripe olives | 1 9 Ounce, drained |
Directions
Combine salad oil, vinegar, and garlic.
Pour over olives.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Drain before serving.
