Garlic Mushroom Starter Recipe

Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Ounce | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Button Mushrooms - 8 ounce, wiped, trimmed | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a deep microwavable dish, melt butter.
2) Add in the garlic and saute for a minute. When the mixture starts to foam slightly, add in the mushrooms.
3) Mix well. Let all the mushrooms get a nice coating of butter.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper.
5) Mix, cover and microwave the mixture for about 4 minutes. Stir a couple of times in between.
SERVING
6) Add in the parsley to the Buttered Mushrooms just before serving.
7) Serve hot triangular toasts on the side.
