Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Pound, mashed | |
| Cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolks | 2 Large | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Small pinch nutmeg | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (100°C).
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
Spoon the mixture into a pastry tube with a large star nozzle and either squeeze out the mixture into a baking dish, or squeeze out individual circles on a greased baking sheet.
Place the dish or baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
