Low Carb Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe Video

In this video I show you how to make Lo Carb Cafe -- Garlic Mashed "potato" that resembles mashed potato in all ways except for the carbs, this has got only 6 1/4 carb in a single serving.
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower or fro
1/4 cup parmigiana cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp chicken bullion
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
1. Boil water and put cauliflower in it. Boil until it is tender.
2. Take rest of the ingredients in a bowl while the cauliflower gets tender.
3. Drain the cauliflower out of the water. Chop them up.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the cauliflower.
5. Mash using a hand blender.
6. Blend until you get the required texture.
