 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

 Paprika1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Grated lemon peel1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Red snapper fillet/Lingcod fillets1 Pound (Each About 1/2 Inch Thick)

Directions

Spread almonds on a rimmed microwave-proof plate.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes or until nuts are golden, stirring every 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Place butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, and lemon peel in a small microwave-proof bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Pat fish dry and cut in serving-size pieces; then place in a 7 by 11 -inch microwave-proof dish, with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
Pour butter mixture over fish and turn to coat all sides.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 5 minutes; rotate each piece 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Fish should flake readily when prodded in thickest portion with a fork.
Arrange fish on a platter and pour juices over top; sprinkle with almonds.
Serve lemon wedges alongside.
