Garlic Dill Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Fresh garlic-3 to 4 cloves, minced | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Dried dill | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cilantro | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a skillet and add oil in it.
2. Sauté garlic in hot oil until it turns golden in color.
3. Add rice in it and further sauté for 4-5 minutes against high heat.
4. Add broth and seasonings in the mix.
5. Allow the mix to reach at boiling temperature and let it simmer for 30 minutes with cover on the pot against low heat.
6. Fluff the rice and mix it.
7. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes, uncovered.
SERVING
8. Serve the prepared rice immediately with other sides.
